As a children’s empowerment coach, LaVell Baylor is a dedicated guide and mentor helping kids and young adults achieve greater self-confidence, inner peace and personal goals that lead to a more balanced and fulfilled life. LaVell’s understanding and unique experience with what many kids and young adults face every day allows her to make a personal connection leading to lasting transformation.

 

As a dedicated goal and results oriented powerhouse, LaVell brings with her nearly 20+ years developing and managing GLOBAL customer sales & support call centers and the experiences of living and traveling abroad, while embracing other cultures. LaVell served as an Executive Officer for OzEmail Internet Service Provider, in Sydney, Australia when it successfully listed on NYSE and later sold to MCIWorldCom.

 

Although LaVell achieved many worldly successes, she is most proud of the work she does inside of prisons, juvenile detention centers, local communities, nonprofits and the educational system on behalf of children and the disenfranchised at large. It’s an inside job – that begins with just one person caring about the next, until we can heal the human condition on child at a time.
